Glad you are enjoying your cycling sessions. it certainly makes you feel awesome. Hopefully get you outside riding heaps. I still havent gone to the gym, but did go for a mountain bike ride in the mountains on Sunday night, (got caught in the dark). Have had a disasterous week, and I mean really bad, and its been bread thats been my problem too. Like u said, once u start u cant stop. I ate half a loaf of raisin bread on Sunday before I went to work, But it did get me out riding cos I felt so guilty. Cant beleive how off track I went, but am slowly getting bcak on it. Today I worked for my coach as I have to help run the school cycling championships tomorrow. so food wise was almost perfect, till I came home and smelled the toast that my family was eating,so I had sandwich makers with heaps of Jam and some cereal. It really annotys me when I can resist all day. well, I dont even need to resist, I dont hav ethe urge, but as soon as I am home I cant help it, even worse when no one is home. SO tomorrow I am going to this cycling thing which will keep me occupied all day and make an extra effort tomorrow night to control my food urges and have a proper dinner. Like you I am going to cut bread out of my diet as I think this is my major killer, and I actually had a naturopath advise me that wheat was affecting my health anyway, so all the more reason to steer clear of it. Well, remeber to not have yoghurt before you go swimming, or you might ewnd up swimming in it! lol Keep enjoying your RPM classes, they are excellent training for road riding and time trialing as they get you turning over the pedals quicker. I have set a date to definately get back on the bike adn that is the 1st July, thats when my coach changes jobs and will be able to help me get back into it. WHere abouts in Sydney do you live? I have some friends in NSW, but not right in Sydney. Have you ever been to Melbourne?
