Good morning everyone. Welcome back to the work week Fortunately I don't have to work today. I do have plenty of catching up though and today is my last day of volunteering in a kindergarten classroom.  They grow up so fast!!!! I am determined to eat healthy today and feel good about myself I have committed to a no sugar June and also to losing 6 pounds. We leave on vacation in July so I want to be in good shape for that. Today is my daughter's 14th birthday  and the anniversary of my becoming a mother. Probably the single best thing that has ever happened in my life. I feel so thankful for the opportunity. Sounds like you have committed yourself for June, think I plan on losing 6 pounds too, that will take me to one off my target weight!
Take great care and I too feel that the best thing I ever did was having my kids - I look at them and cannot believe that they are mine!

Happy birthday to your daughter, they do grow up very fast. My oldest is already 16 1/2 and is looking seriously into joining the marines next year when he finishes school. So I have to learn to get used to the idea of him leaving home now. It just doesn't seem right.
