Canadian - Tuesday May 29, 2001 Weight:167.0          (low fat diet)

Day 59...19 lbs. lost

Good morning! :-)

I got everything done yesterday, and I am happy to say I only ate 3 teaspoons of potato salad. :-) I added the 1/2 lb. as I said I would, however, I gained a 1/2 lb...wonder if that potato salad got me, or it may of been the bun I had for lunch as normally I don't eat bread. Today, I am getting my hair highlighted and cut (styled) at the salon where I am employed. I don't start work until 5:30 PM today.

Previous Day Menu (Monday)

Breakfast-Lifestream 8 grain cereal

Lunch-bran muffin, tuna salad on a bun with regular mayo

Dinner-2- 2 oz. grilled ground chicken patties (fresh) with low fat mozzerella cheese, 3 teaspoons of homemade potato salad.

Snack-none

2 bottles of water, 8 cups of black decaf coffee.

Potato salad - I love that too! Hope you look and feel wonderful after your highlights, I'm having mine done in three weeks time and always feel so great when I have had them done! Only have them done twice a year, once at Christmas and once at the start of the summer!

Comment left by carrie on 05/29/2001: Oh! I new do! Nothing like a trip to the salon! I just love having my hair done! Highlights too! Wow! I only have done that once cuz I have medium brown hair. I don't think it looked too swell on me but I am tempted to try again. Are you a stylist? I don't think those three tsps. hurt you!!

Comment left by nsbratt on 05/29/2001: cute birdies,I like them.as for the 1/2 pound try not to worry about it,give yourself a pat on the back for how good you have done in losing all that weight so far,the rest will come off in due time,enjoy getting your hair done,you'll look fab.I've thought about getting mine cut,but my dh likes it long and I've always jokingly told him that if I ever decide I want a divorce I won't tell him I'll just cut my hair,so I guess it stays long lol,you have a great day and I'll catch you later.Your Friend Norma Jean
