Hmmm...I seem to do a whole lot better in eating right when Slim is around. Not that she "nags" me or anything but I don't try to "get away" with eating stuff I know I'll regret later.

(wahhh) Is there anyway that if a person stops journaling that there names can be cleared off from the board after a certain amount of time goes by? Or would that be a no-no.?
