Good morning! I don't know what happenened but I lost another two and a half pounds!!!! I hope my scale is right. LOL! I was able to walk again last night. My Knee is fine if I remember to take Advil. I do think it is hurting from the aerobics but not enough to stop. I feel so good after exercising. I think it is also good for my mental health!!! I hope everyone has a successful Monday!
Dear Christine, I enjoy reading about your progress. You're doing so well and have come so far. I agree with you that exercise is good for mental health. My best friend is diabetic so I understand more about her struggle with controlling her blood sugar by reading your entries. Best wishes for continued success, Ellen
