Well HEELLLLLLOOOOOOO everyone! Today has been a good day so far! No tears either so thats good!! Weight is still the same...yuck! But ive done VERY good today with EVERYTHING so i should see a loss tomorrow!
Todays Menu--
Breakfast--granola bar
lunch--soybean meatless chicken snadwich with refried beans and a low fat hamburger bun
dinner-- piece of chicken w/baked potato, veggies
LOTS OF WATER!
Today I also did 25minutes on the nordik track. i set it up in my bedroom so i just stare at it! It motivates me and gives me NO EXCUSES to not exercise!!! And while im watchign tv i can get on it. I think i will try for 20 more minutes tongiht before bed. I was sweating like crazy while doing it today. anyways, i wont keep you all. Ill be on again tonight to read everyones entries, catch up , and comment!
