Good afternoon, everyone! Feeling a little better today. Did my 3 miles on the treadmill this morning. The weather is great here, going to get to 101 & the sun is shining. So I'm heading for the pool any minute now. Hope you're all doing great. Thanks for listening.

Hi soonie,,,so your heading out to the pool huh,,,,mine is clean and ready to use but its just to hot out side today:{ tho they say tomorrow its going to drop back down a bit and by the weekend be in the high 80's ,,,and that i can tolerate,,but 103,i aint steppin outside:}

101 wow that is to hot for me. I am glad I'm here! It has only gotten up to 75 so far lol and at night it gets down to 35 or so. We still have the heat on! Great job on the exercise! Have a great day!

This one is glad that you can report feeling better today, Soonie. I was just reading a little article on acidophalis (sp?)(Yikes!) and I read that lots of folks DO get cramps and odd bowel reactions across the board, but if their body really needs that little germ, they DON"T get sick. I don't know the truth of that... just thought that I would pass it along. It seemed so odd that you mentioned it and that I had just read that.
