    Well, now, I lost another pound since I last wrote on here. I think my body is finally being kind to me. I overdid it on the carbs today - TOM. Tomorrrow, I will be working out my upper body with the man of my dreams (my trainer). My friend and I went to work out yesterday, but we got there too late, so we ended up doing 20 minutes of cardio. Better than nothing! I do have some really great news to report. I have had borderline high/high blood pressure since 1991, with it being worse in the last year. I tested it several days ago, and I am now just a few points off of normal. I am so happy about that. Also, I've noticed that the cellulite that I had on the back and front of my legs, thighs, etc., is almost gone. I don't know if it's the diet or the exercise, and/or water I'm drinking by OMG it's great!

    I hope everyone had a super Monday. The attorney from hell was gone today, so mine was pretty good!

    Way to go! A good friend of mine was on the Atkins program and lost a total of 50+ pounds. She also marvelled at how the cellulite was melting off of her. Her starting weight was in the 260's. She went from a size 26 to a size 12/14. She has maintained her weightloss, give or take a few pounds. Keep going strong!

    Hey Jen, you had alot of good news, you lost weight you worked out, and the cellulite disapeared?!! Oh my word that is great!! I think it's so great you are going to a gym, it shows you are one serious cookie...well I take that back..one lean sister!
