Well well, where to begin? First off, I must say thank you to all the beautiful women out there who shared their tales of love and woe, and who wished me the best. *S* It just shows that you guys are truly caring individuals, angels who make the world a better and brighter place. I hope that you all have the love and affection that you deserve. And diva, it broke my heart when I read your comment, I hope you get out of that.:O(

Im cutting out the orange because I know it can be a lil bit annoying to not be able to read everything clearly. *S* Also I want to wish luck to Mocha and Pinkus and mommyoftwo on their no sugar June challenge. What is everyone else's June challenge?? I havent figured mine out yet.

Well, I did so so today, almost hit my 1400 cals though.

WEDNESDAYS MENU

BREAKFAST:half an apple

LUNCH:tuna sandwich w/a pickle

SNACK:a cup of pineapple, 16 WOW chips *1 serving*, half a slice of cheese

DINNER:hamburger on wheat w/1 tbsp *1/2 a serving* of bbq sauce

SNACK:half a chocolate biscotti and 1 mini PB cup

TOTAL CALS:1350

EXERCISE:walked 5 and a half miles

Well TTFN....Take care one and all...

Comment left by SoccerMom on 05/31/2001: I'm working on the no sugar challenge for June, too. I am just so much better at keeping on track, when I avoid sugar and processed carbs. (Although, your 1/2 chocolate biscotti sounds pretty tempting!)

Comment left by diva on 05/31/2001: Hello today, I hope you are in great spirits. You are doing fantastic on your diet so keep it up. How much more do you want to lose? You are at my goal weight right now. Yesterday was a pretty grim day for me, actually every day is up to a point. Mood swings are terrible. Not me, him. For the first half of the day he is like some kind of possessed demon and for the second half, he is fine. I had to be rude to DVDMON yesterday and sign off while we were talking through an Instant Message. I feel bad about that, but if he would have caught me talking to a man, I would have been in big trouble.

Well, I really hope you find the happiness that your deserve, no matter what your choice is, I know it will be the right one for you. Hugs.

Comment left by Kyrin on 05/31/2001: My June challenge is to exercise everyday...alternating strength and flexibility workouts. Some type of cardio everyday...lighter workouts when I need them, but always at least 20 minutes of activity every day in June.

Oh, yeah. Part two of my challenge is to drink 96 ounces of water each and every day as well.
