Had my oatmeal for breakfast but was so sleepy that I didn't walk in the mall as I had hoped I'd do. For lunch had the cold cut trio 6" sub on whole wheat and then for dinner had broccoli beef and sweet 'n sour chicken with steamed rice, a sesame seed ball, and a decaf capuccino. I'm still feeling stuffed and that was about 2 hours ago. Was not a good eating day as far as dinner is concerned. Good that I'm still doing the oatmeal. I won't berate myself for these slip ups. I just have to keep trying to do better. Don't know why I keep stuffing myself and with Thanksgiving coming up, well, I've got to do better.
