We're having a rainy day in Nashville today. But rain that is sorely needed. I'm at work now so I'll have to post quickly and hope to read everyone's postings at lunch. Many, many thanks to everyone that was so kind to write me yesterday. Had another great night last night and didn't snack after dinner. I'm trying to drink a little more water today. I like water but I'm not much of a drinker during the day and when I think of it at night I don't need to drink much then or I'll be up all night visiting the bathroom. Thanks BBDoll for the suggestion of planning standard meals. I've been doing that for breakfast and lunch since I eat both of those meals at work and have found that it does help alot. Right now I trying to just watch portions of whatever everyone else is having for dinner. You're right Thatmochagirl about keeping busy with other things. I haven't had a hobby since before my daughter was born and she's 18....that's pathetic isn't it. While I can't physically do alot right now (I like that I automatically added 'right now', I KNOW I will be able to do more later once I lose more - love this positive attitude) I've always enjoyed reading but never make the time to do it. I'm going to make myself find the time. Better to get back to work. Look forward to reading everyone's post later. Have a wonderful day everyone!!

Hello there. How are you doing today. Great I hope. Glad to hear that you have been doing better. Drinking water usually helps me. I drink a gallon a day. I have a liter water bottle and I refill it 4 times and sometimes five. Once you get used to drinking that much, you don't have to run to the restroom that much. I don't know if the bladder stretches or what. I don't have to go half as much as I did when I first started drinking this much.
As for a hobby, I am ashamed to say, but the computer is mine. Not much exercise involved but hey I get to meet great people like you and everybody else on the DD's.
Well better go, keep your willpower sky high and never give up.

You sound as if you're doing pretty well with what you're doing, but give the program a look-see. Sometimes, a little tweaking is all we need.

I use to be the same way with water,just didn't drink it much if at all,now i find i keep a water bottle with me always,,and if i am having a hard time drinking it,which is alot of the time lol,i use a straw,,its amazing how much you can drink that way,,,well hope you have awondeful day ,,don't work to hard ok,,,,:}

I think a hobby is a great idea.. it's good to set aside time for something that you enjoy!
