Okay, now I'm officially kind of bummed. I went to the store yesterday and it was SO HARD not to buy anything I shouldn't, but I didn't! I came home, ate a salad and a bar, and left it at that. And then I get up this morning and still weigh the same as yesterday?
Maybe I need to increase my activity level. I'm walking 30 minutes each morning, but maybe I need at least an hour each day. But just thinking about that fills me with dread! I guess I should just stock up on teaching tapes and do it. (Listening to tapes makes me feel like I'm not wasting time, even though getting in shape is NOT wasting time.)
I'm off for my walk this morning...
