June's sit-up goal couldn't have been a better choice for me this month! I already am doing more situps today to get ready for it! Today I did 50. It looked like: 30, rest, 5, rest, 5, rest, 6, rest, 4. (With the rest being about 3 seconds) I also hope to do another set tonight!
I've noticed that with situps, the fat on my stomach is going away, top-to-bottom. Too bad the bigger of the 2 rings is the bottom one! Ugg... Looks better when I'm standing up, maybe even stretch my arms straight up, and suck in my gut. But it's all there in all its glory when sitting down
Why is it now that I need to go to the bathroom I hold it if necessary, and then when I jump on the throne, I can't go? I was going to say, I wish I could bottle it up for when I need to go... but, heh, I guess I am bottling it up. This doesn't cause me a problem normally except for when I'm in a hurry to go somewhere, and know I *need* to go to the bathroom, but my body wants to take it's damn sweet time about doing the deed. Skip it, or waste more time! Oh the dilemma! :)
I wish there was a knob on my body I could just Flush.

Well then you could always walk around with your arms stretched way up in the air and your gut sucked in! ha ha Or...like me, my roll lays nice and flat when I am lying down. Tis good you are losing there! It is a tough place to lose! Try having two c-sections. On second thought, ya'd better not! You are an inspiration! I've not seen you falter yet! You sound like the goody two shoes I was a few weeks ago. Now, I am hopelessly lame. Not really, I'll be fine. Just watch out!

Well now you have me obsessing about your bowel concerns also, are you happy? We live just crazy and over-scheduled lives, we just don't have the time sometimes to give to our bodies to let them relax enough to realize they are supposed to be in a new mode. I don't know if you are ONLY being funny, or if you are trying to make funny because you actually do have a thing going on, but it would seem natural that if you're changing your ways and diet and patterns of all sort, your bowels are just not knowing which way to go. Sometimes just regular habits are enough. Eating, walking, etc. Well, you know all this stuff. Right? You're just a kid, for gawd's sake! Sit ups look good from here! :) I'm doing those too now. I read you nice long comment to me and I didn't quite get the wholeness of it until I read Kyrin's goals spelled out in detail. That's it right? Being more specific about what I intend and what I plan to work up to in that timeline? Oh, I soooooo wish that I COULD use tapes, etc. I have no privacy and the terms of this relationship are that I should just try to hide my body in any way that I can manage. It would never fly if I just popped in a tape and made a little room to do that very thing which improves bodies. But I WILL find my ways. And at this point, all is progress and new to me. Thank you for those tips, Sweetie. Good luck to you this June. You and I were two of the lucky winners last month and we can SO do it again! I am here thinking of you and all of your efforts. Connie

Hello Lady. Good for you on your sit up goal. I am sending some extra willpower your way. You are doing fantastic. Today, I start my sit-ups. I havent done them yet and its already 1:00 pm. Wow,,,situps,,,gosh i haven't done a sit up in a very long time,,,even after losing the weight i have lost,it still is hard for me to get down on the floor,,,altho its not the getting down,its getting back up,lol,,,,think i will stick to walking this month,,,maybe situps will be next months goal for me;} have a great weekend rader:}
