Hi everyone. Congrats to all of you that are doing so well. I'm still hanging in there. Not doing perfect but getting lots of walks in and trying like hell to keep the food under control. I just want to stop feeling deprived all the time. Still wearing the pedometer - clocked in over 14,000 steps yesterday. Right now I have 11,102 and it's just about the end of the day. Both pretty good counts. I'll check in again soon. Bye for now

Hey there! You asked about my veggie life...I do eat seafood, altho not much more than 1X week. Generally, I eat lots of legumes, whole grains, dairy products, etc. If you are interested in a great veggie cookbook, I recommend "Lean & Lucious & Meatless"....
