misseve - Friday Jun 01, 2001 Weight:178.0          (specialized - designed by my trainer)

Bonjour, feeling kinda low today I'm not sure why! Guess the lack of sleep and intense exercises are starting to get to me. And I felt kinda "blah" about everything y'know? It's one of those days. Don't feel like doing anything... anticipating Friday... which means weekend = no work, whoohoo!

Because of my mood I was kinda 'bad' and had some potato chips + ice cream after dinner. tsk tsk tsk, i know!! I decided to start my "free-day" tonight then since I didn't wanna blow the day. Besides, I'm going out to dinner tomorrow anyway I will be making the most of my free day. :)

My trainer seems convinced that having free days can still help you lose weight in the long run. I'm not completely sure about that! I think BFL has that too - 6 days you be good, 1 day eat WHATEVER you want. Hrmm... I rather do WW personally. But still have to call them!

I'm like falling asleep in my chair right now. Now that my freeday has started and I had all this junk food I can't help but feel guilty! Argh... and I know I shouldn't be feeling that way but I can't help it! In any case, maybe it would be better to tell everyone ALLLLLLLLLLL that I ate tonight + today's meals. :P

breakfast - cheerios + banana w/ skim milk (gotta love those o's) snack 1 - coffee, 4 or 5 soda crackers lunch - pasta bean salad snack 2 - orange, yogurt, handful of teddy grahams :P dinner - brown rice, snap peas with chicken, some other stuff i dun rembmer (do i eat the same food everyday or wha?!)

andd.... drum roll plz... after dinner i had: small ice cream cone, couple handfuls of potato chips, an orange, dq blizzard. AHHHHHHHHHHHHHh

Remind me not to do this again! Maybe sleeping better will keep me in better mood which equals to less likelihood of my ahem binging? :P

Also had intense cardio today. Sprints at 9mph then walks at 4mph... alternating for around 35mins. Was really hard, my hamstrings and legs are sore already.

Ugh, gotta get up for morning run tomorrow. :(


Comment left by SoccerMom on 06/01/2001: Well...that was how a lot of us ended the month of May...a little treat (or several) in preparation for the month of June, and new challenges. Just let it go, and work harder starting today.

Comment left by pastagal on 06/01/2001: Maybe on the FREE days try to eat less sugar and more good things,,,,the sugar is probley what is making you feel blahhh,,i know carbs do that to me,,i feel GREAT eating them,then an hour later i want to sleep and feel down,,so there really is something to it,,,,well have a great weekend and hope you do better tomorrow;}
