Today was a good day! Eating was great, stayed withing my calories and I exercised like a mad woman! I even ran on the treadmill! YEAH! I plan on running again tomorrow. I lifted weights today and I did 15 minutes on that revolving staircase at the gym. WOW, that was kicking my BUTT!! But I felt great afterward. I am going to weigh tomorrow. I know, it is bad, but I had a really good food and exercise day yesterday and then again today so I am so curious to see what the scale has to say! I am addicted to that thing. But, better that than chocolate or fries or something right??
