Well, wouldn't you know it, I missed a day already. My son had a Cubscout Pack Meeting last night and everything was hectic. We went to dinner and I remembered to order a diet drink. Sodas are my weakness. I was a 44 oz big Gulp junkie!!! Anyway it was late and I didn't get to write. Yesterday: Breakfast: Yogurt Banana
Lunch: Chicken stir fry tea
Dinner: Salad with ham and light dressing DIET soda.
Snack: 1oz cheese and fat free crackers
Today:
Breakfast: Special K cereal with skim milk orange juice
Lunch: Other 1/2 of Arby's sand from the other day. V-8
Dinner: Spaghetti dinner at my sons' school. Spaghetti, salad roll and tea. I had a Mexican Sweet bread for dessert.
No snack.....I'd better go to bed before I want one!!!!
Thanks for the comments.....I'm going to try to read some of the diaires tomorrow. I get alot of ideas and support from them.

I'm a big gulp junkie too -- but now it is diet! When I was first switching over - I would mix it half and half and gradually put more and more diet in - till that's what it was! Hope you have a great Thursday!

I use to be a diet pepsi junkie,,,thought that is all i could drink and be satisfied,,,i have found,once i start consuming LOTS of water,you really do lose the urge for the sodas,right now i am drinking at least 5-32 oz muggs of water a day and its keeping me full,,,and cleaned out:}}You sound like your doing great,keep it up,,,have a wonderful day ok:}

Hi,
Way 2 go on the diet drink. I sat down one day and figured up how many calories I was getting from soda, I used to drink at least 6 reg cokes a day. I was taking in 1,260 cal a day from soda, 8,820 cal a week and 39,060 per month... to say the least I have not had a regular soda since, LOL now I have maybe 1 diet soda a week the rest is water!
