There are not enough hours in a day! Sorry I didn't post yesterday. I worked in the yard and am sore all over, but some of that may be from 2 rapscallions who've been jumping on me lately, who knows.

I followed my meal plan. Altered my exercise plan.THINGS HAPPEN! Here's the plan for tomoorrow.

Breakfast Eggs and coffee 18 protein Lunch Meatloaf 28 protein 4 carbs Supper Chicken/greens 28 protein 4 carbs Protein bar 20 protein 2 carbs Total: 94 protein 10 carbs

Exercise: Take a 2 yr and a 1 yr old shopping. Babysit a friends dog. Transplant squash plants. Weed/water garden. haul off the limbs i cut out of the holly bushes. Chase after above children for the bulk of the afternoon outside. (We are really getting tan)

Gotta go for now we're encroaching on my housecleaning time.
