Happy Thursday to you all!!! Bright sunny morning here in the Boston area. About to get ready to walk the pond with my co-worker/friend. Looking forward to it. Maybe do a couple of errands and then come home and chill out. Thinking about looking at fabric and patterns and make some of my own pants. I just love these new pants I got - black, bell bottom, elastic waist, just like a polyester material but they cost me $44!!! I thought that was pretty steep but I really liked them and they were so comfortable, like wearing PJs to work. I decided that I could very easily make some pants a lot cheaper. So I think I'll check out some fabric, maybe go with some funky print fabric. I like that very flowing, flimsy, soft, comfortable look. Even though I've really trimmed down a lot, I still feel funny in form fitting clothes. I think I would feel like that even at my goal. Comfort is just too important to me. Thank goodness that the flowing look is in style.
Wanna hear how I've been squeezing in some muscle conditioning exercises? At work, in the handicap bathroom!!!! Every time I go use the bathroom at work (which is very often seeing all the water I drink), I use the handicap bathroom so I have lots of room and one time I may do 12 lunges, the next time 12 squats, then leg lifts, I do wall push ups, calf raises, etc. I tell you, this is what you call time management, time? Well, so far it's working out. I guess it would just be weird if someone came in and heard someone breathing heavy in the handicap stall!!!! (hee hee) Well, I'll worry about that when it happens. For now, it's a good means to get myself toning up.
Well, off for my morning walk. You all have a great day. Bye for now.

Yay. Boston area!! I am a Brandeis student, so more than familiar to the Boston area. Way to go about squeezing in that exercise. Amazing time management. If someone does decide to investigate all that heavy breathing in the bathroom... imagine how they will feel??? Those perverts!!!!!!! :)

Hi there, I am new to DD and saw your entry and just had to comment on your fabulous idea. The workouts in the bathroom! The bathroom here at work is big enough so I am going to start today. I also make several trips to the Loo because of the amount of water I drink. I look forward to more great advice,
Cheers, Reba

I sure hope you're doing all those exercises after you've "used it"....Geez, if I did a dozen squats before, they'd be cleaning the floor up after me! hahaha Good use of time and space, girlie!
Have a great day.
