amp27 - Thursday Apr 25, 2002 Weight:153.0          (lowfat/cardio/weightlifting)

Today is going pretty good so far. It is one of my friends birthdays today, so a bunch of us are gonna go out to eat. But I am determined to be a good girl. Then my dads birthday is tomorrow, so we are gonna go out to eat on Saturday. It works out at difficult diet times like these that I am broke. Just rabbit food and water for me please! Never thought I would be glad to be broke. I don't weigh myself til Saturdays, so hopefully there is a little change. I originally wanted to be down to 140 by June 1, the rate I am going that seems a little irrational. So my official new goal is 145. Yesterday I ate B) yogurt, coffee,water L)turkey, ham, cheese sandwich S)pretzels, ff pudding D)spaquetti w/ marinara, 2 slices garlic bread. Hope everyone has a great night!Today I have had B) ff pudding,coffee,water,V8 S)pretzels,diet coke L)1/2 turkey and cheese sandwich, V8


Comment left by bobik on 04/25/2002: I admire you people that can do 3 meals and 3 snacks. I am in college, so my eating so completely disorganized. I even go to a nutritioninst, who is trying to drill in the 3 meals/3 snacks thing into my head. Your meal for yesterday seems perfect to me! And good luck avoiding the birthday temptations. I'm with you.

Good luck with the eating out, I always try to make a game of it. I try to find the best thing for me they have, and if I dont find what I want I tell the cook how to fix what they have, LOL I can be such a pain in the butt! Take care and have a wonderful day!
