Hi everyone,,i am late getting here today and doing my entry,,,i had a rough night of coughing bad and my MIL kept me awake also,,,i am tired today,,so slept in this morning a bit ,,anyway,hope all of you are doing good today,,tonight is my weigh in at Weight Watchers and i can't wait to see what my weight says,,
Well i am going to keep this short,i see alot more new people here,i will try to read everyone today and comment,,hope all of you have a great day and drink your water,i have already had two 32 oz mugs,,i have found useing the straw really helps getting the water down,,well remember to hugg your loved ones and tell them you love them daily ok??:}}

LUNCH:1 cup homemade veggie beef soup(4pts)1/2 bologna sandwich on Diet bread(2pts)chips (1pt)1 cookie(2pts)
DINNER:1 cup homemade soup(4pts)crackers(4pts)Ice tea
Snack:Ice cream cone(3pts)

Gee, it seems that you've always got your hands full. I'll be praying for your nephew...bless his heart. Also, for your MIL, and for you. You must be run down, for you're often sick with the sore throat and coughing. Maybe you need a break more often? Take care of yourself, and remember to ~~SMILE!~~
