Alittle advice,the slower you lose the better it is that you will keep it off ,,,but in order to keep it off you have to do something that you are going to continue to do for a lifetime,thats why there are so many diets out there,once you go off a DIET ,and go back to your old ways,,,you gain,if each of us could just see that all we need to do is Portion control,more water and lil exersise and ONE day at a time and we wouldn't have to yo yo up and down on diets for the rest of our lives;{ but what ever your doing i wish you the best,,:} Have a great day!!
