Hi everyone,well thought i would do my entry tonight just incase i overslept tomorrow like i did today,cause i might have another coughing attack tonight,,seems to take awhile for that to pass once i start antibiotics,,,anyway,i went to weight watchers and weighed in,i lost 4.1 lbs,,and was very happy with that,,so guess drinking the water like i have been is paying off :}}
I know i have been eating good and not depriving myself of anything i have wanted,but the one thing i have done different this past week is drink alot of water and i can tell it has helped in so many ways.
I feel like i am so far behind in reading entries again and commenting,doesn't take much to set me back,,but with me being sick again and my mother inlaw now being under the weather a bit ,and not getting enough resh ,i just feel so overwhelmed at times.But things will ease up,they always do,,thanks to everyone who sends their concerns and cares;}
Well my goal this week is to add even more water to my daily routine,eat more veggies and less red meat,,oh and i bought a huge box of Tootsie pops at Sams club and those are going to be my snacks during the day and at night most of the time,,there only 1 point each and they last a long time and take care of that sweet tooth i get now and then and the chocolate urge to,,,we talked about those in the meeting tonight,,
Well i hope all of you are doing good,,i will try to read more entries tomorrow and comment,,i would like to say Welcome to the group to all the new people lately that i have not been able to comment to,,also was great to see an entry from Maria:}} have wondered about her and how she is doing,,,so with that i am going to wrap this up,,,have a great day and remember to hugg your loved ones and tell them you love them ok??:}}

LUNCH:1/2Tuna sandwich (3pts)w/lettuce & tomatoe,,pickles(0pts)1 cup homemade soup(4pts)Jello w/ffcool whip(0pts)Ice tea
DINNER: Steak kabobs w/onion/bell peppers/mushrooms/(6pts)green salad w/dressing (2pts)corn on cob(1pt)dinner roll(2pts)Ice tea
Snack:popcorn & tootsie pop(2pts)

I hope your cough is better! Great job on the water - I know it helps me to -- except that I am running to the bathroom so much!! Good idea about the tootsie pops! I love them - I'll have to go get some!
