girlryan - Friday Apr 26, 2002 Weight:161.0          (1300 calories ,cardio, weights, and lots of water!)

Good morning! I usually wouldn't be up for another hour, but I have a bunch of stuff to do before I go to work at 2, so I dragged myself out of bed. I'm going to do do my computer stuff first as my body finishes waking up. Yesterday went well and I went to the gym at night. Did the circuit , the bike, and took my first yoga class. I have a tape at home, but I'm always too nervous to take a class at the gym. I figured yoga was a good one to start with since it doesn't require choreography or anything. I did okay, I think, and felt great after. Luckily I've been stretching everyday, so I wasn't that stiff! Tomorrow's gonna be kind of hard. I have to go to my neice's third birthday party, and I'm going early to set up. I'll be surrounded by bowls of snacks all day! Well, hopefully I won't do too bad since weigh in is the next day=)
