shellybelly - Friday Apr 26, 2002 Weight:175.0          (1250 calories)

Morning everyone! I am eating my oatmeal right now. I think this is the third day in a row I've eaten breakfast. I feel really sick this morning and I'm hoping that eating will help. It looks like it'll be another cold day. It's only 37 degrees right now. I hate how the weather keeps going back and forth. Anyways, my sister is picking me up around 5:30 to go home today. I will have to try really hard to stick to the weekend challenge, but I think I can do it. I am slowly getting back on track. I have friends who have lost weight and then just stopped dietting, and then just gained it all back. I always wondered why, if you found something that work, would you stop! And here I am, lost 20 pounds and can't get motivated to do anything. Grrrrr! I want to keep losing! Well, I've got to run. Sorry to be such a downer. Some of that has to do with the fact that I slept maybe an hour last night. Have a great day everyone! :) Shelly


Comment left by pastagal on 04/26/2002: Just make small changes and try not to get so overwhelmed with the whole DIETING thing,,look at it as not a DIET but a lifestyle change,,just use portion control,,better choices,,,more water and keep busy,,well hope you have a good day and weekend ahead of you,and remember 20lbs is a great accomplishment;}}}
