Hi everyone! Yesterday was weigh-in and I am .5 lb lighter. I'm satisfied with that--it's much better than nothing. My workout yesterday was such a struggle all the way through. You ever have one of those days in the weight room when you can barely do the same thing you did last time? I usually progress in each weight training session, but I struggled just to maintain this time. But I am proud of myself for doing it! Well, I'll be doing the weekend challenge as usual. Goals for Friday-Sunday:
1. 70 points over 3 days.
2. Workout at least one day during the weekend.
3. No weighing myself until Weigh-in day.
