Thanks Michelle and Butch, it's great to have the support and comments! Maybe I shouldn't weigh myself everyday...it kind of determines my mood. I woke up this morning thinking surely I would have lost a half a pound only to find out I'd gained a half a pound! Could be water for all I know, I just wish it weren't there. Let's see today's food so far.... whole grain toast w/pb, soy protein drink, 20 oz. 7-up I'll probably finish by the end of the day and a macaroni and kidney bean hot dish (which I am proud to say not only did I not binge on it, but I was not very tempted to!) I want to do some sort of work out tonight, I have yet to decide. I finally got all of my workout videos and have gotten the vcr in working order. Now it's time to choose! I'm thinking sculpting today. I don't know if I have it in me to do cardio. I'm pretty pooped out from my hectic day. But I think me moving around probably burned more calories so there is a very good plus side to this!
