moocow35 - Friday Apr 26, 2002 Weight:204.0          (not sure right now?)

Stuck at the 204. Did a little better with the diet today, but no energy to exersize. Why does depression make you so tired?

Breakfast: cheese omelet

Lunch: salad with carrot, tomato, munster cheese, and a small scoop of tuna

Dinner: Bad me, went to Costco and got Chicken enchiladas, so I blew it by eating one.

Try Try Again????????
