I have done horrible today! I've really overdone all my portions today! I woke up this morning and had a sausage egg and cheese biscuit like the ones from Burger King with a bottle of apple juice , and then I had 1/4 a box of wheat thins and a diet root beer, and for dinner I had an Arby Q sandwich from Arby's a few fries and another diet root beer, and just a little bit ago I had the 7 layer nachos from Taco Bell with beef and code red to drink, plus a bunch of fudge covered pretzels! AND maybe eight oz. of water! :( We didn't have any milk in the house today so I couldn't make my slim fast shakes and we didn't have any other good food to make a dinner with or a sensible snack! :( URGH!!!! But I finally got some milk a bit ago so I'll go back on my diet tomorrow. I really enjoy the shakes that slim fast makes. They're good and they don't consume a bunch of my time! Bye everybody!!!
