motivatedmissy - Saturday Apr 27, 2002 Weight:146.5 

Okay I just finished Minna Lessig's "Strength & Grace" video and I am totally feeling it! I think I've forgotten what toning exercises are! It was pretty tough for my first time around. She uses both yoga and pilates. It's 45 minutes and I'm glad I didn't know that when I started because I probably would've convinced myself I couldn't do 45 minutes! So yay for me! Hopefully tomorrow's weight will be kind.
