girlryan - Saturday Apr 27, 2002 Weight:161.0          (1300 calories ,cardio, weights, and lots of water!)

Uggh! Yesterday was an AWFUL food day! I had McDonald's AND Dunkin Donuts. I'm going to cut wwwaaayyy back on calories today and drink as much water as I can. No birthday cake for me! This is my no gym day, too, so I'll have to do double duty on Sunday morning. The worst part is, I didn't even really enjoy eating it and now my body feels awful. I can't believe I used to eat this crap every day. Well, I know everyone has set backs, and I'll overcome this one. On another note, since my goal was to be in the 150's by the end of the month, I am postponing weigh in until Tuesday. I'll do my measurements then too. Well, I'm off to go get ready..bye!

Comment left by MichelleP on 04/27/2002: Hi,

Last week my hubby and I had this funny talk, He asked if I wanted to go to McDonalds, and I said ick no thank you! He looked at me and burst out laughing... then says I remember when you used to always want to go and would sit and eat 2 Bigmacs and a supper size french fry. Now I cant even walk into the place with out getting sick to my stomach thank God!

Your right we all have days where we have set backs but the wonderful thing is we get a new chance each day to live our lives the way we want to!

Take care and have a wonderful Saturday!
