    Yay! Back to 146 and hopefully on the way down! This morning I had a bowl of Smart Start cereal. Then I made myself do part 2 of Denise Austin's Fat Burning Blast. She is just so darn cheery sometimes I get irritated, but eventually it rubs off on me and I'm in a better mood! This was kind of interesting it alternated 3 minutes of aerobics with one minute of strength training. I was always happy to have a reprieve from the aerobic side of things! You know I think my legs and arms are really starting to look better. I wish I could say the same for my stomach. I have a beer belly and I don't even drink beer! It seems like a lot of women tend to get a gut, but my fat goes to the upper part of my abs right below my breasts. I also get what I would call reverse love handles. It's lower back fat. Does anyone have any exercises that they've found helpful to tone that area? I know overall elimination of fat is important, but if there's not a strong muscle underlying the skin it's not going to look good. I'll post a picture later of that area I want to work on. As always thanks for the encouragement! I'm so excited to be making progress!
