    Well, Tomorrow is my day to weigh in and I've a two really terrible days. I'm not even going to try to list all the things I've eaten although I probably should so I can see it all in black and white. Anyway, I guess the only thing I can do at this point is to start again. I'll weigh tomorrow and see if there's any damage.

    Even if you don't put it in here, get a little spiral notebook and keep it to yourself. I've been writing in one since Nov 2000--it's not full, because I've lost it at times and just stayed out of it for days or weeks. It's a really good exercise. YESSS! we can do this and get back on track!

    Good luck with your weigh in tomorrow! I also can't seem to get with the program of getting serious with eating right. I am forever "starting again tomorrow" I once again am trying to lose this weight for a vacation. I blew it last year, and had the same amount of time to do it in. I've got 292 more days, WE CAN DO IT!!
