This is my newest attempt to lose weight. My friend Jenni turned me on to Dietdiaries.com. I'm hoping since I've made this a public profile, that I'll have even more support than I already do. I exercise everyday. I live in Washington state so when it's NOT raining I walk around the golf course that is right outside my front door. right now I use wrist and ankle weights and an ab roller and total gym to help me with my work outs. I also am using something I found from a friend of mine that has worked for her, and going to see if it will help me at all. It's called Trim life. They are supposed to suppress your appetite, but I have my doubts. Today was my first time using it.

Welcome to the group! Everyone here is wonderful, supportive, kind and they even give you a kick in the butt when you need it! Sounds like you have an exercise program that will work well for you. I personally have never heard of Trim Life.
