zoogirl04 - Sunday Apr 28, 2002 Weight:144.5          (just eating right and exercising)

Well...i want to start something and get going but i don't exactly kno what to do...i am not incredibly over weight...i just want to look nicer...i am hoping that keeping this diary online that i will be more motivated to do well...if anyone has any suggestions about a plan that works really well, don't hesitate...right now i am trying to begin again and get things going...i am going to try to measure myself tomorrow and get a baseline for the future...thanks!


Comment left by biscottibody59 on 04/28/2002: Welcome to the crowd! Fitday.com--a free site--is great for tracking calories and other nutritional info and your exercise. Alot of people have their own plan and alot of people do weight watchers. Good luck to you in your journey!

Comment left by pastagal on 04/28/2002: Just start with small changes and don't let yourself get to overwhelmed in the whole DIET thing,just take it slow ONE day at a time,drink tons of water,less sweets and portion control w/min exersise and it will happen,,,wish you the best and welcome to DD's:}}
