needtolose - Sunday Apr 28, 2002 Weight:278.0 

hey fellow dieters this is my first time trying to lose weight and ive been doing very well with my diet today i walked for about an hour and i mowed my back lawn. today for lunch i had a fat free turkey sandwich a pear and a glass of 2% milk for dinner i had skinless chicken with brown rice along with an apple also ive drank about 80 oz of water if there is anyone that might know how to make me lose weight faster i would be greatfull for the info


Comment left by pastagal on 04/28/2002: Welcome to DD's and what has helped me to lose consistently is,WATER,lots of it,,portion control,min exersise,,and staying CONSISTENT with what ever you choose to do,,but don't look at it as a DIET,but a lifestyle change,you have to make it something you can do for the rest of your life,otherwise your just wasteing precious time,will look forward to watching your progress and reading more about you,have a great day:}
