Do you eat sugar every day? (As in something sweet, not as in a teaspoon in coffee.)

I loose weight a lot faster if I keep my sugars to those found naturaly in fruit- like eating an apple or orange. When I am eating right, I do not eat sugar (candy, cookies, etc).

Yes, I eat sugar every day. It is a rare day when I don't. I am ususally sick and can't eat anything. I love sweets and everything about them. I am a very good baker and have to MAKE myself not make wonderful desserts, pastries and the like.

nah, i don't think people should have sugar every day. only natural sugar. when i'm doing well, sugar is not on the menu.
however, i think for some people it's not a big deal to have some. i have so many skinny, very thin, friends who live off of sugar!

I allow myself some sugar now and then, usually just a 100 calorie snack pack or breakfast bar.

I believe everyone's eating sugar everyday... it's something that is there, in everything.

i think defo if you cut down and if possible cut out sugar that is not natural by eating a diet that consists of food in their most natural form that the weight defo falls off easier. the same with salt, if you avoid salt also. jason vales books are really good to kickstart new healthy habits. i struggle with his 7 day plan but he has a 14 day obne that is reasonable enough.

I allow myself a small bar of dark choclate every night,it keeps my sweet tooth at bay,and I try and work into my days food intake, and I don't eat any processed food really,I feel it really is the one treat I want to keep, and it is very dark chocolate so you can't eat too much of it :)

Thankfully I don't have a sweet tooth so I usually don't have sugar. (Just don't ask me about carbs....)

OH YES, I do. My biggest downfall is sugar. I have a BIG sweet tooth. So, even if I do not have a concentrated form of sugar like a dessert (I do not drink regular soft drinks at all and haven't since the 1960's! - I drink a few diet colas per week)I do not restrict all sugar. There are many hidden sources of sugar - snack goods - pretzels, chips, etc. When I am trying to reduce I allow one "real" dessert per week and just work it into my calorie count. I satisfy my sweet cravings otherwise with smoothies (recipe on the Forum) and Special K Protein SNACK Bars, fruit and granola, etc.
