As soon as I walk in the door after work. I am trying to keep busy but it is so easy to open the fridge.

My days off work. I end up spending so much time at home I get bored and then hungry, even if I'm keeping busy with the kids and housework.

When I get off work or when I want to put off a task I do not want to do. I use food as a procrastination tool.

For me it is any time of the day when I have been really watching what I eat. I eventually get to that point where I want to eat like I did before so bad, and then end up regretting it later.

It's when I am making dinner @ night. I need to have something to snack on and if it's the weekend a glass of wine to go with the snack! It kills me.

Right after getting home from work is usually my pig out time but I'm dealing with that now by immediately walking the dog when I get home and then making a sensible dinner. I basically don't allow myself the time to snack and binge. Keeping busy is the key.

I must equate eating with relaxing because during the kids naptime when I sit down to get off my feet I seem to cave & also at night when we are watching t.v. Scrapbooking or keeping busy seems to help when I actually do it :)

I would say nighttime, but have found a great solution to the snacking urge. I have a 1/2 cup of sugar-free chocolate pudding made with non-fat milk in the fridge and the seems to help me with feeling content if I ever need. If it's a salty urge then the 100 calories smart pop popcorn is awesome. Even half a bag is alot and thats only 50 calories!!

Night time, when i'm upset or bored. I think having raw carrots in the fridge to munch and keeping your hands and yourself busy helps!

Yeah, it's nighttime definitely. It's because the day is over, I'm getting rid of the stress at work and I feel the urge to "pet" myself with something... and the weekends are also very dangerous.. :)

If I've been good and had a light dinner, I will get the munchies around 10pm. Sometimes I resist, if not I will have cereal like Bran flakes or Kashi GoLean crunch. If I have a bout of depression or stress, lookout. All sense goes out the window and I will eat anything and everything in sight.

Definitely at night! I have been trying not to eat anything past 8:00 p.m. My honey likes me to stay up late with him, which is really tough because I can see the fridge from across the way sitting in his living room. Sometimes when the cravings get too great, I will do some crochet, or go to bed early. I can't eat with a hook and yarn in my hands, and I can't eat in my sleep either!

always after 9 pm... I have had a great day sitting at 1000 or 1200 cals and it hits... I NEED FOOD!! I have considered taking an extra diet pill at 5 pm to see if it helps. So far I have resisted by drinking lots of water with crystal light hunger control, it at least fills my stomach into thinking it is full... It is hard because my hubby loves to stay up watching tv and snacking in bed with the puppies. He will bring in blocks of cheddar with crackers, fruit, candy etc... He offered me cheese last night. I threatened to stab him with the cheese knife....Maybe he wont bring food to bed tonight.... : )

That is right the biggest temptation (as it has always been for me)is sitting in front of the TV. I want to get the popcorn..chips...all kinds of snacks and just eat! So whenever I do watch TV I have to do something else..cross-word puzzels..play with my cell phone..just keep my hands busy..peroid!
