Hi I had a question What time of day do you all weight yourself, and how often? I know there are times when I am heavier, and my weight seems to fluctuate, I don't really trust my scale, lol! Thanks guys!

Sort of pointless if you don't trust your scale:-) Get one you trust!
I only weigh in the a.m. post my two MOST routine bodily functions and in the nude. I only do this once/wk, but I have been known to weigh in a couple times a week. Also when I first started I weighed in every day 'til I lost 10-15 lbs.
Doing anything else is chasing my tail. You'll more than likely weigh more in the afternoon or evening depending on your food/fluid intake, caffeine/medication intake, etc.

Hi there. I weigh in twice a week because it keeps me honest. Every day was too confusing. Once a week, well, I would cheat early on then hope I could get rid of it by the weigh in day. Self defeating! First thing in the morning before breakfast.

I weigh once a week now (was every day when I first started my diet) in the morning before breakfast and I try go to the loo first to make the most of the weight loss.

I weigh myself everyday!!!!!!! Every morning, like biscottibody says after "my two MOST routine bodily functions and in the nude" lol Everyday is a must for me to keep it down, it gives me the motivation to stay good everyday, if I see the number drop i am exceptionally good to keep it down and hope to pusg it down again the following day, weekly weighing has never worked for me, i need to see weight results more often as to not be dissapointed and fall off track, I dont see it as a badthing, each to their own i guess.
