How do you feel about yourself, your weight, your decision to change? Very motivated to lose weight, make good decisions about food and portion size.
How long have you been overweight? I was a chunky kid, average teenager and young adult and then began gaining 10 lbs each decade!
What things have you tried before to lose the weight? Have tried many diets including WW and Nutri System ( I think that's the name of the program where you buy the food). Did the best with WW but then I would lose interest & stop going on a regular basis and finally stop all together.
What is the number one reason you want to lose weight? For my health and to feel better about myself.
What are some other reasons? Of course to be able to have a better selection of clothes and to be able to buy regular sized clothes.
What is the first thing you want to do when you reach your goal? Buy a belt! :) Just kidding- but really will be rewarding myself as I reach mini goals.
Are the people closest to you supportive? If not, why? Yes.
What is the worst thing about being overweight? Probably it's constantly being aware that I don't look and feel my best.
What is the best thing about you? Hmmm... I'm a good listener. I like to be involved and active in a variety of activities.
How will losing weight affect those around you? Family members & friends will be happy for me.
