 Hi everyone

So last week I started to walk and run on treadmil for 40 to 45 mintus daily 

Trying also to keep total calory through day not exceeding 1200 ..

I am truley want to back my weight ..

I was bretty ..

I reviow my notebooks during 2019 as I used to mesure my weight and documented and I found that these year my weight was in averge of 185 pound ..

It is the same yeae I start to work really..

So I was thinking how I did not feel that I am overweight ..

My family used to tell me that just to reminder me but I was npt able to see that


Any way ... I will back to my journey again 

I lose 1.5 kilo in last 1 week 

For me I wiĺl be patient ..

 Hello everyone

I am happy as I started to change my eating habet...

I am not cal ulating calories exacly but I am just get sure that it is not exceeding 1500 calories per day


Currently .. I eat 2 main meals daily

Breakfast and late lunch

Or lunch at 2 p.m and dinner at 6 p.m 

I try to eat less sweets , stay aways from fries things 

Drinking more water

But, I need to go gyme =( 

I dont know I may not re new my gym membership 

And I will do excersice at home

I am working and studying and I am trying to focus more on my studying 


So today my breakfast was 2 cooked eggs with half brown bread 

With dart tea


Snack was  healthy choclate 200 calories


Dinner was Indonesian foods 

I dont know have U ever try it

It is good tasty  

But I recently travelled to Indonesia last october with my mom , they have good checkin called satty 

Their food are healthy and They eat alot of veggi

I lost 2 kilo when I travelld but I gained it again when I back =))) Lol


So that is it for today maybe total are like 1500 calories

I hope everyone are fine

I truely miss U so SO SO much truely 

Bc this is the only website that I see non Arab people  , and I leard alot from U 

I just saw a words diary some where and the first things come to my minds is this group =)

finally I adapted my new live first  first job and I started to underestand and to do balance between it and  my personal life..

I gained  weight and I started to loss it again I updated it in my file here hahaa , so U can see it

I was 150 , now 184 pound LOOOOOOL LOOOL

i gained ,more that 184 , but I lose my weight and 184 pound is my current weight 

inshalla it will keep losing weight 

I took vaccation for 7 days , I will travell to another citey , it is a holy  citey in KSA called Medina  , it was capital of Islam when it started ..

so I will go there with my mom  for 2 days , I will share with U some pictures later , So U can enjoy seeing new culture  


for My diet I will start counting calories . like daily 1100 calories 

but today I think I eat too much on breakfast , it was flafel i(300 cal ) /, orang juice (100) 

and some choclates (400)  = 800 cal 



today I will wash and arrange my cloths and clean my room 

my mom is fasting , so maybe I will do some traditional breakfast for here ( time of breakfast will bc on 6:00 p.m)

Hello everyone

For me , I am fine .. With a very busy life , I am working in a hospital that it is known be crowded with patient so I a have to focus on my time and time managment especialy for myself.

I was gained 22 pounds =( But I losed 6 to 8 pounds but still I am looking to lose it more Gyme is very important to me , The one which I used to go is far from my home+ expensive :8000$ in a year!! But thank go that there is a new bueatifule gype next to my home soon . Is hh sheeper than the one that I used to go to.

I am truely feeling sad a bout my body, but , I will do my best to lose those new kilos at least .

So I hope everyone of u Is doing fine in his her life.

Don't feel too badly about your body...you will get there :) you are young and have a lot of experiences ahead of you. keep going to the gym and watching what you eat, you will definitely lose the Kilos, i promise!

I hope evertone doing fine and having a good life

I just graduated from medical shool and got specalized in Internal medicine , I finished my interviowes and As I have a good jop as doctor so I start anew pretty life with love and enjoying my time with my family and friends and going out for eating so I gain wwight loooool But I am plan now to get back my weight at least fast as it is very importan for me .

That is all thing about my life right now.

I am not that active in social media only snapshat .

Hi everyone ..

I hope everyone is fine and doing well..

I am so busy for studying for my exams and no apetite for food at all..

I will keep update u for new decision related to my wy lose ..

Today breakfast was coffee with half bread with yellow cheese

No lunch

Dinner was chicken sandwish with tea

I will try to add some vegg to my meal Tomorrow..

No gym or any thing until finishing those exams ...


I am happy my man get a good job in hospitsl in his citey.. but it will be tempreray until he pass the exam for medical Specialties as he is a general physition so he will be able to start studying any medical field.. I hope the best for him but I dont kniw if he can come to live in my citey as I felt he want me to come and live in his citey and I dont want that.

So I dont know what gonna happen ..

Hi everyone

Today my breakfast was half bread ..200

Lunch was unhealthy fried chicken and bread with potatos 700 cal

Dinner was Indonesian food .. ymm cal 400

I drank arabic coffee..

No choclate or pepsi ..I so proud of myself to stop pepsi ans Drak coffee..

Total cal is nearly 1500 cal ..hmmm ok

No tea or anything ..

I MAY TRAVEL TOMORROWTO ANOTHER CITEY ..where my dad live with his wife ..I will spend my weekend there .. I miss them so much .

I went to gym today ..

Hi everyone =)

Today my breakfast was egg with bread , tea with milk 300 cal

Lunch was rice , and one banana 300

Dinner was at mall .. I went for shopping =) .. I bought some cloths and accessories ..now It sale as we will start a new year=)

So dinner was Yamani food and it was good thier thin bread with spicy meat with tomato .. 400 cal Many spoons of Ice cream 100 cal

No cola or choclate today ..

So total cal are 1100 go 1200 cal good


My man had took military course for 3 months ..he said this will stronge his CV. .. I am happy bc he will finish it this week ..and he will get back his citey ..I hope he propose me soon during this months ^_^"

Today was a long intersted day spending it in mall with my sister.

I feel pain in my leg with walking and I will go for sleeping early at 10:30 p.m
