Hello everyone

For me , I am fine .. With a very busy life , I am working in a hospital that it is known be crowded with patient so I a have to focus on my time and time managment especialy for myself.

I was gained 22 pounds =( But I losed 6 to 8 pounds but still I am looking to lose it more Gyme is very important to me , The one which I used to go is far from my home+ expensive :8000$ in a year!! But thank go that there is a new bueatifule gype next to my home soon . Is hh sheeper than the one that I used to go to.

I am truely feeling sad a bout my body, but , I will do my best to lose those new kilos at least .

So I hope everyone of u Is doing fine in his her life.

The stress from work - and from life! - can easily cause a person to gain weight. Try not to be too negative with yourself. Rather, see each day as an opportunity to do better.

Don't feel too badly about your body...you will get there :) you are young and have a lot of experiences ahead of you. keep going to the gym and watching what you eat, you will definitely lose the Kilos, i promise!

I miss you aloooot.. Truley this group help alot to keep eating well and save my body from gaining weight by updating my meals =)

I hope evertone doing fine and having a good life

I just graduated from medical shool and got specalized in Internal medicine , I finished my interviowes and As I have a good jop as doctor so I start anew pretty life with love and enjoying my time with my family and friends and going out for eating so I gain wwight loooool But I am plan now to get back my weight at least fast as it is very importan for me .

That is all thing about my life right now.

I am not that active in social media only snapshat .

Hi everyone ..

I hope everyone is fine and doing well..

I am so busy for studying for my exams and no apetite for food at all..

I will keep update u for new decision related to my wy lose ..

Today breakfast was coffee with half bread with yellow cheese

No lunch

Dinner was chicken sandwish with tea

I will try to add some vegg to my meal Tomorrow..

No gym or any thing until finishing those exams ...


I am happy my man get a good job in hospitsl in his citey.. but it will be tempreray until he pass the exam for medical Specialties as he is a general physition so he will be able to start studying any medical field.. I hope the best for him but I dont kniw if he can come to live in my citey as I felt he want me to come and live in his citey and I dont want that.

So I dont know what gonna happen ..

Anyway.. I hope everyone has a good day

but if you do find the time for gym, it's always a really nice break from studying....but yes, priority is to STUDY!

Good luck with your exams! Remember, exams are temporary, so yes, you must study and try to do as well as you can. Then you can return to the normalcy of "real life" living. :-)

Hi everyone

Today my breakfast was half bread ..200

Lunch was unhealthy fried chicken and bread with potatos 700 cal

Dinner was Indonesian food .. ymm cal 400

I drank arabic coffee..

No choclate or pepsi ..I so proud of myself to stop pepsi ans Drak coffee..

Total cal is nearly 1500 cal ..hmmm ok

No tea or anything ..

I MAY TRAVEL TOMORROWTO ANOTHER CITEY ..where my dad live with his wife ..I will spend my weekend there .. I miss them so much .

I went to gym today ..

Hi everyone =)

Today my breakfast was egg with bread , tea with milk 300 cal

Lunch was rice , and one banana 300

Dinner was at mall .. I went for shopping =) .. I bought some cloths and accessories ..now It sale as we will start a new year=)

So dinner was Yamani food and it was good thier thin bread with spicy meat with tomato .. 400 cal Many spoons of Ice cream 100 cal

No cola or choclate today ..

So total cal are 1100 go 1200 cal good


My man had took military course for 3 months ..he said this will stronge his CV. .. I am happy bc he will finish it this week ..and he will get back his citey ..I hope he propose me soon during this months ^_^"

Today was a long intersted day spending it in mall with my sister.

I feel pain in my leg with walking and I will go for sleeping early at 10:30 p.m

Hi everyone

Today one of my friend invited me on breakfast so I had onion , tomato and one egg with bread and tea .. 300 cal

Lunch was green salad , meat and rice .400 cal

Snack was kind of dish form of bread , banana and honey ..I ate only 3 spoon from.

Hmmm I drank 2 cups of arabic coffee with choclate 250 cal

Nearly all is 1000 .. And now I will sleep with empty stomach..

I went to gym today.. So yes it was Ahealthy day for me .. Hope everyone has a great day

If you are hungry before bed - it is ok to have a small snack to settle your stomach i would say...

Good eating, it sounds healthy and balanced.

I have been reading really good things about honey. that it reduces allergies if you eat honey made locally in the area you live in. That's what i did - i bought some local honey. I will start having it soon i think!

Hi everyone

Good morning =)

So today I walked up and saw my weight and it decrease half kilo in one day!

My total cal for yesterday was 1000 .. Also I eat well at dinner and eating choclate also .. But yes .. it is from the coffee ...I am happy now .. =)

And today my breakfast was onion ، tomato and one egg and half bread with tea 300 cal

Lunch was rice with green salad and small pice of chicken.

Dinner was also another kind of rice with meat and hot salad with tomato.

I drank arabic coffee with choclate ..

My total cal for today is 1600 cal

Lol .. ...... I SPEND MY DAY studying .. and then I washed my cloths and cleaning home ...

I am so tired and I am planing to sleep eairly at 11 p.m ..

I hope everyone have a good daay

Hi everyone

I feel that I am not losing weight nc of something unhealthy or fatty and maybe from banana and from the coffee .. I drink alot of coffee 3 big cup per day ..although I am using a low fat milk!!

I wake up on the morning and feel discomforte at my stomach , and nausia .. bc I drank coffee before I sleep..

I drink alot of coffee bc I am studying for hours 5 hrs and this make me hungrey and I think I have to think of snack.. I TRULY FEEL BAD BAD AND I cried bc no weight lose in thin week although I am going to gym.. I dont want this fat at all I am tired ..

I think to stop coffee , and had 800 cal per day .. I will add green salad every day , boild egg ..

I will stop sweats ..

And I hope to find a result soon

.. Ok I finished my school early .. and got back home and sleep for one hour.. Lunch was egg, tomato with onion eated by bread .. this is my favorite dish ever.. 300 cal

So total right now is 500 cal ..

I will visit my aunt with my family , meeting my others relatives and having dinner =)

Ok I decided ro stop eating sweat , pepsi and only drink arabic coffee and only one cup .. I will see what will happed ..

Thank u for supporting .. I was really disappoind but I will keep trying ...

My man love moderat bretty body and hate obesity especally if it in the stomach and he wanted me to change and told me that in indirect way without focing or hurting my feels ..he is thin thin not even average haha.. and how will be look when we stand near to other!

Sorry! Just don't go as low as 800 calories a day. It won't help you lose, you just won't have enough energy. Try 1200 healthy calories a day.

I have had long plateaus just keep doing what you are doing and eventually you will start loosing again do not get discouraged. Sometimes our bodies need a break and the way it does that is plateaus. Take care.

Results will not happen right away...also...listen to GrannaAnnie...try to eat more veggies to fill you up...and do not eat too low...it will not help if you "under" eat...eat at least 1200 if not 1500 per day at least!

yes to adding a salad and egg.

you will get results, you have to wait for them.

the coffee has a lot of ACID in it...can hurt your stomach...you may have "acid reflux"...coffee doesn't have a lot of calories with milk...but may be hard for your stomach (not good for your stomach). maybe it is burning your stomach.
