Hi everyone....

 

today my brother visited  us and we went to the beach  and I walked  there for ahalf hour  ...the weather and the sunset wad very nice ..

 

B... I ate (نواشف) nawashif... it mean eggs ,cheese,Olives ,Thyme and   other thing but I just ate  egg with  little cheese and drank acup of tea  with milk..

 

D.. in the lebanon restaurant and we ate Barbecue.. with lebanon salad .. it name (tabola)تبوله 

their  salad are rich in Parsley and few tomato and put olives oil and lemon juice and Salt  ،  so it is very healthy :)

 

 

now I will drink acup of green tea ..

I love Tabola!! I usually get it pre made at the grocery store but I have a friend from Lebanon that makes it for me sometimes and wow is it tasty :) Hope you have a nice weekend!

Your foods sound yummy. It's great that you are near the beach, what a perfect place for walks. We have snow where I am in the NE U.S.!

I would  tell you this method  for lossing weight   in my culture  and  I dont know If you knoe it  :)

 

we have adiet named (lokimat) لقيمات..

it is mean that you eat  just  7 or  10 bites in every meal ..

I know many people losse their weight by this kind of  diet

Hey Duaa :) So to answer your question, counting calories is an account of everything you eat during the day and try not to go over their allotted caloric intake(this varies for everyone, depending on height, weight, age, activity level and how much weight they want to lose or maintain current weight) Where do you live if you don't mind me asking..Just curious :) Anyhoo I hope you had a good day!
