Today was a nice and interested day

Breakfast... 1 mango, French cheese and other unhealthy dish.. 400 cal

Snack was chips 200

Big cup of coffee.. 70 Then we go to my aunt and we have fun with my cousins and had dinner their

My total calorie is 1800 with desert @_@

Hi hello everyone.. Hope all of u had a nice day..

Yesterday i slept deeply.. And i wake up and my cousin invite me and my sisters to her home to watch movie and have fun.. But before i go i see my mom come to home as surprise to us haha and she said I am fasting aaaand order me to cook masal which is an Indian food with their bread call shabati..

Fortunately, my cousin call me at that moment that she is busy in something and she can't host us today and ask me to come tomorrow.. Ooh my mom is so lucky..

So I cook it for the first time, it is composed of chicken with spices, ginger,tomato and yogurt. Very nice i learned it from YouTube video from jamy oliver channel, he is British famous cooker..

And I did laso shabati which is indian bread

So during morning i didn't eat any things only piece of chocolate 50 cal

Snack was chips i was ate it during cooking food lol 200 cal

Hmm 3 dates. 60 cal

Masala with chabati bread. 400 cal


Then i drank big cup of full fat coffee Because low is finished

Hmm 3 cups of arabic coffee., i drank many cups because the cup is small size

So total cal for today 900. Good

i want to say that i feel lazy to do exercises, i don't know why >_<

I watched YouTube videos about losing weight and see people changing to inspirate myself..

Hi everyone..

Today i wasnt on diet haha

At morning, my sister bought from a famous restaurant sandwiches call tamia, it is Egyptian sandwich.. 400 cal

Then we invited my uncle for lunch we ate the most delicious rice with chicken called kabli, it is an Indian dish. With yogurt salad.. 500 cal

Then i drank 5 cups of arabic coffee with 2 pieces of chocolates.. 100 cal

One date. A cup of Cold coffee with low fat milk.

Small piece of cake 130 cal

Total of my cal is 1310 @_@ and i know if i exceed 1000 i will not lose anything in that day

Then 2 big cup of green tea with lemon

I didn't do any exercises unfortunately..

I think i may not lose some grams today as usual but at least not gaining weight

Yes...agreed...in general Indian rice is always AMAZING...by me also...it's just better than the rest...like Chinese / Thai....Indian is the winner - it's always so soft, tasty, spiced, fresh.

wow...that's a lot of coffee! i like caffeine too and i'm gonna get more soon...from an energy drink...or i'll save it for later...yeah....gonna push myself to only have the caffeine later after work....since i already had a cup now and need to watch it or my skin will get worse...

small piece of cake sounds ok- nice low calories

you can definitely eat over 1300 and still be ok...honestly - you can probably eat easily up to 1800 and maintain a good weight...you do not have to go as low as 1000....

Exercise doesn't need to be done EVERYDAY....do it as you can...i do it mostly 3 days per week....

Maintaining is a VERY important part of the weightloss process because we need to maintain also - so we know how to maintain the lower weight...or it just comes back.

the more you can maintain, for the longer period of time you keep it up, the better off you will be for the long run.

U right about exercises because it become like homework.. I have problem with maintenance, u know if i was in that, i was a thin girl from years but i have problem with eating too much with stressful or emotional feelings.. I am trying to help myself in this point.. Last time when i brok up with the man who i truly love, i gain 4 to 5 pound it 2 week only.. This is bad habit and hard to fight it but i started to improve littler

Hi everyone.

I started my Day with 2 cups of roselle juice. it help in digestion and losing weight.

Then I had my breakfast egg, French cheese, mosh, and other dishes with a tea and milk. With brown bread.

Then I went for shopping with my sisters and we bought a chicken sandwich. And it was big size so I ate half of it. Ooh i am trying to stop drinking cola and I hope my sisters stop drinking it at least infront of me.

My dinner was cornflakes with low fat molk.

Snack was 3 dates and cup of fruits juice without sugar.

I walked fast for 30 minutes. Total cal is nearly 1000 good

I am thinking of watching scary movie before sleeping..

I usually start my days with a drink called "kombucha." It also helps with digestion and weight!

yes, stop with the cola. you can get water with carbonation...water with gas they call it by you?

instead of fruit juice, try to just have another whole fruit? i have stopped all fruit juices...i stopped them a VERY long time ago - many years ago.

i also watched a movie this weekend. i would love a scary movie...with a man sitting next to me.

Hiiiiii everyone. Hope every one had a nice weekend.

Today was a relax day for me, I did not do anything.

I was really busy mentally in previous days.

So at morning I drank 2 big glasses of water. Then I went with my big sister to a beauty center and I had scrub and massage to my body.

I think the problems of many peoples such as me is that we don't appreciate the importance of some persons in our live because we used to see them all times! Today was my last day in this center and i was sad for that but i don't have enough money to stay with them, then my big sister saw me and she paid all the money for next 10 visits #_#

Then we got back home in the afternoon feeling Hungary.

So my only meal for today was a delicious pasta with low fat cream and vegetables. With green salad.


And then I drank cups of arabic coffee with a dish called (jobnia). It is unhealthy type of desert made from cheese.


I spent most of time watching tv with my mom and talking to her and i told her about this diet diaries group and she is happy for me that i get supporting to losing weight..

I drank also cup of cold coffee and Tamarindus indica juice.

Total cal is 1000. Good

I walked for 20 minutes..

Hi everyone..

Today is a full day, I don't know why I keep myself busy. I dont like setting without doing any thing!

So i spent most of the day working on research then I talked to my best friend on phone for 2 hours.

For my diet I started my day with low calorie cold coffee, it make me feel fresh.

Then I ate as yesterday okra, tomatoes and spices with brown bread.

Then in afternoon I ate piece of chocolate (135 calorie)

My dinner was the rest of the okra I ate it by spoon because I was lazy to heating the bread.

I drank on big cup of green tea. And many glasses of water

I walked fast for 20 minutes. And work hart in cleaning home.

So total calorie is nearly 900

Hiiiii everyone

I am so happy becauae my mom told me that I sounds like lose some weight =)

In fact, I feel boring from routine of walking or even exercise. So I start to do other ways to burn fat.

So today I was fasting and I cooked okra with tomato and spices with meat. You can eat it by white rice or bread, but I did rice to my sisters and I ate it with borwn bread to be healthier.


Hmm then I drank 2 cups of green tea, I was complaining of problem in digestion before one weeks and Its improve with green tea.

After that I drank arabic coffee 3 cups but it has no calories at all and 3 dates and 2 pieces of chocolates (350 calories) ><"

Today is my day in cleaning kitchen, so I cleaned it after cooking. Also i walked 20 minutes

I will not eat any things because I think i consumed my daily calories ( I try not to eat more than 1000 calories)

I LOVE okra dishes. Especially if it's okra with tomato and spices. In general, i think okra cooks up nicely with cooked tomato.

yes, i like coffee too because no calories or low calories with a tiny amount of milk...and equal / splenda.

nice job on your walk. that's a mile! good distance and better than NOT doing anything for sure. i'm just getting into walking more also.

Today at 1 p.m, I went with my younger sister to her exam and while she at exam, I go shopping with my other sister and had breakfast yellow cheese croissant with hot coffee.

Then I studied English for 2 hours. I had dinner at 5p.m wich is Pakistni macaroni with milk.


Snack was nuts.

I felt hungry so I ate cheese sandwich.

I drank 2 cups of green tea , walked for 30 minutes.

I feel better today compare to yesterday.

Today I will try to sleep earlier. Hope everyone has a good day.

Hi everyone.. Today I walked lately as usual on 2 p.m Then I stayed alone for 2 hours writing what i feels.. This make me feel better really.

Then, I spend 2 hours working on my research.

I was fasting today, so I ate rice with veg and fish.

Then my uncle visit us and we had dinner with him chickpeas with tahini, French cheese with bread I forget to take pictures.

Snacks was nuts.. And draaaaaank cold coffees :D. made by low fat milk and 6 calories sugar

I washed my clothes by my hands, It is a new way of burning fats for me other than exercises.. I walked for 20 minutes. I drank green tea at night.

Tomorrow I should wake up early to run my younger sister to her exam in university.

i love "iced coffee." that is what we call "cold coffee" = "iced coffee" yum! it's the coffee with ice. i love it when i'm out of work.

at work, i like it hot because the coffee lasts longer....

yes, housework always burns lots of calories... housework (work at home...anything you do for your house / chores...)

Today also a quiet day for me.. I was setting with my mom talking to her and watching t.v. We were fasting so we ate barbecue with rice, green salad, dates with cheese, and soup.

Then we drunk arabic coffee with chocolates.

I did not do any exercises or walking outside..

I will try to be more active tomorrow
