I am ashamed at what I ate today :( I can't even remember, I just know that it was a load of junk. I'm seriously trying to get going again but I have no will power at the moment. My new mini goal is to get back under the 140 line by Monday evening ready for my concert. That way I'll feel better about the whole ordeal and it'll boost my self-esteem knowing that I am under 140 :)

There is no reason to be ashamed of what we eat. Junk or not. The shame sets up a cycle that you may want to beware of. Try thinking of pride in what you eat and the exercise you do - not pride in what you don't eat. That is a more positive approach and may serve you better in the long run.

Who knew that Jelly Babies had so many calories in them!? I didn't that's for sure :S But overall I'm pleased with the total as it could have been much worse and I shall be continuing with determination :D

I'm still not getting into the grove of things with the amount I'm eating - hopefully I'll be able to calm it down from now on. Didn't update yesterday as I spend the whole night watching Children in Need! If you live in the UK then you'll know what I'm talking about but if you don't then it's basically a hugh fundraising event that happens every year where tonnes of celebreties etc. make sketches or do silly things for charity for free. Just from the duration of the show last night it raised £26,332,334!!!! Which is a heck of a load of money that all goes to help the children in the UK for so many different reasons. It brings the UK together and I LOVE it!!! :D

I think I'm becoming addicted to clementines :S I'm not even sure why they just taste so nice lately :)
Anyways I shouldn't have had that triffle but I couldn't resist the offer... 
Besides that still pretty pleased with today - didn't breach my limit! YAY!

Okay so 100 calories above my target but for getting back on track I think its good going so far. It looks like a lot of food to me so I'm suprised it wasn't higher. The hardest part I find is getting back on track after a slip-up but I'm gonna lose those pounds before Christmas! :D

I was trying so hard to stay away from the cheese... I had been doing well! Until today :S
SO SO SO SO SO SO SO SO SO HAPPY!!! I finally crossed the 140 barrier!!! :D Now all I have to do is not let it slip and get under my new mini target which is 135lbs :)
Feeling better today so hopefully it was just an off day - thanks to all the people who wished me well! I really apreciate it :D
