Good Thursday Morning All! :) Staying positive! Nice to know it's only 1 more day after today until the weekend...

.....coworker that hates me for unknown reasons to HATE is PISSING ME OFF TODAY.  about to lose my patience with him.

6am Home: some diet tonic water, a nice & strong kombucha in lemon ginger 70 (2 servings = full bottle).  glad i picked it up last night.

Work Breakfast: An Indian Chai tea i have here, small banana 120, wrap with lox and cream cheese 300. 420.

snack: a bar....probably or just coffee....we'll see how i feel... 160, 40 coffee

lunch: healthy options: ended up having my veggies (mostly cabbage) with a friend's awesome columbian mofongo on top (fried plaintains / pork mix)...awesomeness. hits the spot. probably around 500 cal and some popcorn 50. 550 tops.

snack before GYM (1st day back will take it easy and no legs as my legs are still sore and recovering) just abs and upper body...granola bar and monster sf drink: 100 cal...

1350 before gym...excellent.

after gym: 450 cals, tops, excellent.

total today is so much better: 1800 = excellent.

2116 6-day avg = better....

trying to get calories in check after high days and a high avg this week (but it's ok...but want to try to lower it).

(2180 cal avg before today...so high almost 2200).

I will be able to lower the avg to the 2,000's which is better by end of Friday. much more decent an avg for the week.

yeah it's B*llsh*t! I can't take it ....He gives me the biggest attitude even after i get back from a "short" vacation. He thinks everyone should struggle the same? not a friend, that's for sure. It seems he wishes me hardships...

2180 - 5DAY CALORIE AVG. DECENT FOR A TRIP I GUESS :)

OVERALL, MY TEXAS TRIP WAS A TRIP OF A LIFETIME! I WILL WRITE MORE ANOTHER TIME, MAYBE, BUT NOW IT'S...BACK TO WORK! SO THANKFUL FOR AN AMAZING TRIP WITH COOL GALS.

reason i'm not writing about the trip is because i have too much going on right now, the trip was great...but i have to get on with my life here & work & dreams here. Lots of wonderful memories, but NO TIME to write about it...and i already did on facebook while posting pics. I'm so done writing about the trip as it feels a chore right now with everything else i'm doing!  

I'm happy...and def back to the real world over here :)  Trip was WELL WORTH IT!

Getting ready for work!  Drinking some sparkling vinegar drinks (had 1 but having another now). 60 cal total. later a little bit of coffee 30. 100 total...

Breakfast: small banana 120, wrap 100 with cream cheese 100 and salami 100. 420.

snack: Quest blueberry muffin bar 190...ALSO ENERGY DRINK THRU MORNING.

lighter lunch: chips 150, cabbage and dressing 200-250, salami 100: 500...

snack: small apple 50

dinner: I THINK SUBWAY SANDWICH....WITH turkey and some olive oil 400 approx....AND REST OF THE BACON JERKY 150. YUP. REALLY TIRED.  and extra chips 250. overdid dinner.    800 total eesh.

1750 - EXCELLENT.

2100.  

NO EXERCISE, BUT DID WALK AROUND THE BLOCK 2X DURING WORK (1X AT LUNCH & 1 TIME IN AFTERNOON).

I have one errand before dinner at home = pick up Rx.  Too tired to do anything more. really, really tired day....tonight planning on some pumpkin i think...mixed with a protein muffin probably. will be going to sleep EARLY. extremely tired after the trip. gym tomorrow bc hopefully i'll be feeling MUCH BETTER. if not, i will have to go home.

I didn't make it to the gym yesterday & I will not be going today.  I have to organize my apt a little bit more tonight bc i have a cleaning lady coming tomorrow while I am at work.  Also tomorrow I will be going back to the gym. I took a total of 9 or so days off. Good.  I will be ready for gym tomorrow after work, for sure.

Home from work today to get a LOT done....!

big dinner wtih lots veggies - 250,more veggies 150, ice cream 250, bacon jerky 250.

1800 total today = perfect.

2200 4-day. sorta high. but ok.

I totally forgot to pick up Rx (as i didn't have a list, but was driving around trying to get the more important things done). so must go out again....was just about to take a sleeping pill to go to bed early...lol.

I called the pharmacy & will pick up Rx on either wednesday or thursday after work or gym. Today was supposed to be the last day they would hold my rx for me!

But I still got a ton of stuff done today. super proud of myself! 

Today i picked up the new laundry cards from the housing office as we are using a new company & i needed to get the cards in order to do my laundry!  I did a ton of laundry, paid some bills, wrote out the notary application since i did pass the test!!!! yay!!!, dropped off all bills and also two postcards at the post office, picked up some seltzers and food at a small specialty market and also stopped by the drugstore, was at bank to get stuff notarized....i think this is it?...oh, picked up already cooked food at another store...i think this is it. took from about 2pm-5pm to get everything done outside my apartment.

choosing sleep over the gym today. i am partially run-down - so it's good to sleep.

hello all :)

Woke up 4am for my trip...since last night i ended up going to bed around 8 (although i seriously believe it was more like 7:30?) and wanting a little alone time, drink my kombucha, relax & finish packing before trip :)

Getting picked up by car to airport at 7:10am....

Flight at 8:50am!

Thankful that I had my "woman's thing" start on Monday and night today or anything else. Much easier for traveling & especially the hiking and walking around a lot is not good on the heavy days...so now i'm really good to go! :) all is good. so happy for some new experiences. !!!

going to bed early, NOW....not even 7pm.  I'll wake up early to pack the rest.

I am still upset by my best friend & that we aren't anymore, despite that it was my own doing in ending it and it must feel worse on her end than mine. it's so sad.  I feel quite a bit like a piece of myself is gone. but it is what it is....life does go on....and i only have the option to go up from here...only up.

BED WHENEVER I DO. PACKING TOMORROW AFTER WORK - LEAVING EARLY AT 3PM. WHICH IS HELPING ME FEEL BETTER ABOUT MAKING IT TO THE GYM TONIGHT...OTHERWISE, (SORRY ABOUT CAPS, I WAS USING THEM AT WORK...)...anyways, i was starting to feel extremely anxious about my schedule from work to packing to being picked up at 7am by taxi and now i feel a TON better by getting out of work 3pm instead of 4:30 tomorrow. i can pack when i get home, have dinner, go to bed....looking to get sleep before the trip....if i can. and if i don't - so be it :)

Little anxious for my trip....sorta wishing to leave early tomorrow from work, which i just may have to? i dont feel right about going home, rushing to pack and rushing to bed...but then again, i guess it's my job to be at work....during work hours...i'll just have to put up with it...

very rushed way of going on trip, but then again, i could have packed more on weekend! LOL...i guess....but who does this, not I!

i will be taking a taxi to the airport at 7am on Thursday morning. flight is at 8:50am. I'm 10 min only from the airport! = awesome.

I may ask to leave at 3pm tomorrow...as i really don't want to rush like a freaking maniac before this trip....i will be asking later today to leave tomorrow at 3pm. It will be a MAJOR help so that i can pack & go to bed early before getting up extra early Thursday. I need to do this, i will feel better about the whole thing.
