nice satisfying breakfast: plum 60, lots of fiber one 240 and almond milk 60, protein bar 210: 570, good.

lunch shake: 250, later a snack 50.

snack: fruit 130, veggies 50

total so far: 1050 good.

EXERCISE: fantastico! 40 min run/walk, and bootcamp in AM! yeah, couldn't be happier with this...

snack before dinner: fruit, protein bar: 230

total before dinner: 1280 = pretty perfect.

...dinner holiday party tonight...

 2600 total cal, ok.

WOW! I am sooo close to weighing in the teens!!!! yes!!!!

Up doing laundry and relaxing before a bootcamp class :-)

10am bootcamp :) followed by lunch and maybe some other exercise...maybe the car wash, as well.

meeting my friend to get our nails done later and dinner...maybe some walking at the mall too!

i hope you all have a great day!

up to 2pm: 1200 calories, great...

at the very most, 2200 cal. great weekend.

2150 cal. perfecto, even if i still have a little extra after this.... :-)  ahhh, well, at 11pm when i should of been sleeping, i got really hungry. had a bagel and a hard boiled egg. 310. total today: 2550, decent.

exercise: about a 5 mi jog :-)

goodnight. lots of working this week! ...lol, yes, it was only 3 days, but long hours :-) I did it! grateful for the weekend!

breakfast: tons of orignal  almond milk (about 5 glasses) 240, protein bar 210: 450 - good.

snack: barrrrrr 200, tea.

lunch: tofu and banana cooked with lots of spices, maybe chips, maybe pita, maybe veggies - depends what i'm in the mood for....

snack: NOT SURE. maybe banana and tomato juice....

dinner: no idea....

exercise: i would like to do the entire upper body weight routine tonight...and a lil bit of cardio.

2000 calories.

full weights routine, 40 min walking.

Police Officer! Well, I will say that if I had to do it over again I would go into law-enforcement. I didn't know I had the interest back in the career-forming days. It didn't occur to me until later and then I never went for it. It's the only legal way to take names and kick A$$ and I am naturally pretty good at doing both! You will be, too! Oh, and on the 5 glasses of almond milk - honey, were you thirsty?? LOL! Good stuff. I've been putting it in my smoothies. I like the unsweetened coconut flavored.

1550 before jog.

after jog: 300.

1850 = great.

like i said, maybe around a 3 or 4 mi jog... :-)  around the neighborhood.

after my massive breakfast, i actually got productive cleaning and organizing everything i could at home. then, i went out to do everything: bank to meet with a rep for some important business, post office, radio shack to make a quick return, library, some store browsing in a few stores in my neighborhood, haircut which took far too long to wait for (an hour of extra waiting, but i was so tired i didn't care!), pharmacy, lol...doctor....and the gym for a good upper body weight workout!

6am snack: plums: around 120

7am big breakfast, is ok!, lots of toast, with oatmeal and yoguts: 880 cal.

total so far: 1000 lol....grrrr....i wanted to have a lower cal day but i see that i cannot achieve that today - and i KNOW that if i TRIED to eat lower, I would definitely FAIL and BINGE, so, here's to making a more moderate decision, to eat normally, like 2200 cal, and call it a nice day off...off from work, that is....

11am snack: protein bar and drink mix: 200

1pm lunch: almond milk 60 with fiber cereal 120 and greek yogurt 120 all with cinnamon and chocolate stevia flavoring...300 total calories, good.

1500, good.

snack: bar 150

snack: bar 200

snack: bar 150....and goodnight.

2000 cal. very good.

exercise: walking around town during the day doing errands, full weight routine at the gym...finally! hadn't done it since Thursday evening and happy to get into the weights routine.  I am noticing results for sure.  ohhh, and I'm finally 30. so, I was very close to my goal of weighing in the teens. I weigh in the low 20's & I will continue to make progress...of choosing to eat good calories for my output and working on not binging.  I am doing well & I plan to acheive big goals in my fitness this year.  This is the year I plan to get into the police academy...or maybe next year January.  I am going to change my life this year, my 30th year.  I am going to choose my own destiny and there is NO DOUBT I will be more successful than I ever thought I could be.  I AM GOING TO BE A POLICE OFFICER, WHETHER IT BE IN A YEAR FROM NOW OR A YEAR AND A HALF, I'M GOING TO WORK ON MY FITNESS AND MAKE THIS MAJOR LIFE CHANGING GOAL HAPPEN.  I WILL LIVE THE SATISFYING, PRODUCTIVE, EXCITING LIFE THAT I WANT TO LEAD & NOBODY IS GOING TO CHANGE OR TAKE THIS GOAL FROM ME.

grrr, came home and had dinner, unexpecected late bday dinner pie :-( was good, happy my parents wanted to celebrate, but ate too much today bc of it.

big dinner w/ unexpected pie slice: 1100

other calories: 1550

total cal: 2650. eh. would have been good if not for the DAMN PIE. kinda angry bc it is holiday season (jewish) and i really might have a hard time with all the temptations, along with birthday season in my family. lots of bdays these next few months....

blech.

I guess we get an early start on the holidays, now that I think about it. Pies are a big temptation to me too. They seem to disappear so fast. Just a thought, since you are worried about going backwards on holidays, maybe allow yourself 1-2 spoonfuls of the really tempting stuff. I say that like I am good at it but truth be told and my weight will attest to the fact that I am not. But, it is my ideal. Glad you had a great trip.

A trip sounds fun. I have never been to Canada. I suppose I should go sometime. I was so upset when I was visiting friends in Washington for about 3 weeks one summer and found out after I left how close we were to Canada. Have fun on your trip.

weight is up a couple lbs, which is OK, just need to keep on track overall. :-)

breakfast: filling and good: warm fiber cereal and half avocado 320, yogurt 100, protein powder 50: 470. good.

snack: bar 210, tea.

lunch: VERY HEALTHY, but big.

1600 so far...and plu, 1650.

evening snack: another plum and a protein bar...right before bed. didn't want that, but didn't want to be hungry either. :-(

1900-1950 today. pretty good.

exercise: will be a jog once i use the bathroom....and relax.
