wahoo. today, after a very light dinner last night so hopefully this number will stick, I weighed in at 129!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!  (of course after breakfast i'll weight more lol) I plan to lower my goal on here now...

First time i'm in the 120s since I believe Sept 2008. 3 years.

I do NOT feel healthy though. I've been sitting for hours on end at work and my ass is beginning to feel majorly mushy....also this could be bc of weight loss...i may have to do some lower body weights work soon!!!!!!!!!!! :-) happy about my weightloss progress though. I have not been rushing the weightloss and calories are usually pretty high, around 2000.

1850 calories.

45 min exercise.

Progress as of today: 6 lbs lost so far, only 2 lbs to go!

OMG! this morning i weighed 130!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! yay. so close to the 120's. on another note, i'm not exercising as much as i would like to bc of work. I worked 11hrs today and that is far too much!

exercise: 1/2 hour walk before showering and bed.

worked 8am-7pm. tomorrow i start work at 7am. ugh.  this means i left my house at 7am and got home at 8pm.

I'm surviving lol. What a year I had being 28.  29 feels good and it feels so good to have this last year of being in my 20's! really!  I will try to live it up a little bit more :-)

breakfast snack: fruit, drink 200

late breakfast: cereal and milk 300, yogurt 150, bran 50: 500.

many chips: 560, at least.

small amount of chinese food and kombucha drink: 400 at most.

snack: protein bar. 140

dinner: a bit much, but alright: salad 120, microwave meal 300, chips 100, fruit 80: 600.

total: 2400. OK. not great.

exercise: 30 or 40 min bike, 1.5 hours weights.

this AM I weighed in at 132.

hmmm, around 1750 calories today. BEAUTIFUL.

exercise: a little walking here and there, a short parade, a little more walking here and there. nothing crazy.

nice on calories. everything was tasty!

I got a lot of sleep, not as much as i'd like, but almost 8 hours. close to it. i feel better, but it's "TOM" and I'm wiped out and just need to rest....also, i haven't done cardio in 48 hours. ugggghhhh. i hate how work cuts into exercise time this week. ok, ok, no more complaints!

 

soooooooooooooooooooooooo angry with life right now. turning 29 tomorrow and i have no career. i hate my job immensely bc i really don't enjoy doing it at all and it's too many hours but i'm not gonna say to my boss that i don't want overtime bc that's stupid. working 7-5:30 is too much for me.

goodnight.

exercise; only weights, no cardio, but very challenging weights for over one hour.

calories around 1800.

Doesn't it feel great to get a good nights sleep? That's what I did last night too. Sometimes you just need the rest. Hope you can get your exercise in today. I'm in the same boat, but have vowed to get in at least 30 minutes today. Have a good one!

BIG binge on chips when i got home from work at 7pm. i wasn't very hungry bc i actually at already 550 calories of dinner in the car on the way home! you see, i'm exhausted bc i've been working 7am-5:30pm this week. tough schedule, huh!?

so i'm going to bed.

calories: would have been 1750, which actually felt low. total calories today: 2350. alright. no exercise.

whoa, it's so dark this AM. even at almost 6am. must be the rain helping it say gross out there! haha

breakfast: starving? raspberries 80, little bit of milk 50, cereal 150, chips 100: 380. good.

snack: protein shake??

snack: nuts

lunch: i think i'm gonna have chips and a sandwich. coffee...maybe fruit?

calories throughout work: 1450

dinner: plums 120, coffee 50, 2 protein bars combined at 340: 510

after the gym, hungry: chips 160, fruit 50, and a bit much stir fry veggies...maybe 200? total here: around 400

total: 2350 approximate. that's good. :-)

exercise: fast hour of weights and pushups.

Sunday: good calories, probably 2200 bc i had a nice dessert after dinner. wonderful day and exercise of walking at the beach.
