couldn't sleep last night, ended up having a lil dried fruit around 1am. total cal: 2150. good!

evening edit:

total calories around 2050.

1.5hr weights at the gym...was soooo good! I had skipped a day (Sunday) from my usual workouts....mother's day...today i felt extra strong and ready to perform weights because my body had many days to recover!  (Sat,Sun,Mon,Tues) 

I remembered, once at the gym, how much it means to me...to lift weights, that is.  It is a hobby and a passion of mine.  I enjoy being a strong female.  It makes me happy.  It also gives me a HUGE self confidence boost and ego boost like no other!  I can never quit the weights (just for the ladies on here who don't know me well,  I have been doing weight routines for a long time, with a few breaks inbetween, but generally speaking I've been lifting weights since the fall of 2005.  So, almost 6 years.

early 4am breakfast, couldn't sleep: healthy walnuts, cereal, 2 glasses milk 500

snack at 6:30: sip milk, jell ring, yogurt: 160.

660.

lunch: chicken, vegetables, light dressing 300.

hopefully have some tea today...sometime after lunch.

people in my office are sick, have horrible allergies, myself included with the second bunch, and are plain overworked and exhausted.

Progress as of today: 5 lbs lost so far, only 1 lbs to go!

take care of yourself, HOP. drink some kombucha and lots of water. a hot yoga class or some stretching may help your energy as well. love you!

Sorry you are still fighting with those allergies, is it the change of season that kicks them off? My downstairs people always have hayfever in spring and the sniffles in Autumn from the change in the weather. Me I just stay the same all year round!!!! LOL Have the best day you can anyway HOP.:)

breakfast: fries (i'll add that into lunch's calories), cheese stick 50, toast w. butter 300, yogurt 140, milk 80: 570.

snacks: protein bar, maybe a few sucking candies: 300

lunch: chicken, fries, salad: 600.

1470...

snack: 200 or so more, 1700.

dinner: 400-450...around 2100 calories today...good.

exercise: 3 mi walk.

weights will have to wait...i'll probably wait till Wednesday to do weights, instead of doing them Monday or Tuesday, since my schedule is so busy until Wednesday.

I had a meeting on Monday evening to attend and Tuesday therapy....so weights will probably wait till Wednesday.

I really don't know what to say about this post. I always try to be supportive of you, whether you have had a good day or if you are having a binge. However, I find it difficult to be supportive when you start your day off with fries and more for lunch. I don't understand what your goal is. Are you trying to maintain, lose weight or just write down your intake. Please help me understand how I can support you:)

breakfast: breadstick 150, yogurt and apple butter 250, cereal and coconut milk 300:  700. yum.

lunch/snack: pretzels 350, cake 200: 550

tsf: 1250...tasty.

snack: yogurt 150

total so far: 1400.

hard to explain right now the weird rest of the day.

probably around 2400 calories today.

Ahh Mother's Day is today there, explains a lot... we had that on the 1st of May, as it was the first Sunday of May, here in Europe Mom's day is always the first Sunday of May, no matter if it's an other holiday (1st of May is an international holiday).

breakfast: fruit 180, chips 420, ice cream 250: 850. good! tasty!

lunch: cereal and milk: 350, walnuts 150?, yogurt w. apple butter 250: 750. good.

total so far: 1600. fine.

snack:

dinner: olive garden unlimited salad, soup, breadsticks...probably.

guestimate total: 2250. nice.

exercise: 3 mi slow walk.

feeling pretty good. I had work and then taught 4 lessons (all at the same studio). I have 6 students signed up for lessons with me on Fridays, actually. LOL, six lessons AFTER a full day at work!

Today it took me, with loads of traffic, 1hr 20min to get from my first job to teach lessons...yucko! oh well, at least i had the extra time as not all my students were coming tonight.

calories are 1950.

exercise is 45 min weights.

no extra cardio - no time.

 AM entry:

feel like i'm gonna throw up.  ( i had to take medicine on an empty stomach bc of the directions, but the side effect was that i was nauseous.!)

breakfast: 2 cheese sticks fat free, 2 pcs toast, butter, milk: 500.
