hi.

breakfast: 300 wheat cereal,yogurt,grapes.

snack: protein bar 230

snack: coffee, later an orange: 160

lunch: other half of yesterday's lunch and some blueberries/strawberries: around 500.

large early dinner: taco bell 350, crackers 130, yogurt 100, milkshake 160, popcorn 240: total here: 980.

i'm debating the gym. i may just hang out in my bed for the rest of the night. then get up early and work out hard at the gym...probably what i'll do.

tsf: 2170. bleh.

after the gym: bar: 200.

total: 2370. not bad.

breakfast: 300

snack: 230, 20: 250 total

lunch: chicken, seasoned corn, some fruit: maybe 500? healthy and good.

snack: NONE.

EARLY dinner: taco bell beef chalupa fresco style extra tomato and lettuce, 2 greek yogurts 200, crackers 100.  total: around 650-700.

dessert: cake 200, with peanut butter 200, and raisins: 500

total 2250 good.

bed now. no gym. i'm SO DONE. hardly slept again last night. fought with my parents and then went out very late bc i was too angry to be in my house.

Try to reconcile that fight with your parents, those are two people you don't want to be angry with right now. They might be able to help and support you through this rough patch when no one else can.

first day back to clinicals after taking TOO MANY days off in the past couple weeks. lol, but all is good. i've kinda been up and down in terms of both appetite and mood lately. hopefully i can level it out soon. perhaps going to sleep earlier tonight will help me with it.

breakfast: 260: cereal,yogurt, blueberries

snack: bar 140

lunch: totally lost my appetite and was in a weird mood after a female doctor kinda had her way with me this morning. she reemed at me for asking her a question about her protocol in front of the patient. I understand her. I just didn't expect her to react the way she did. as a student, i understand never to ask a question about any procedure in front of a patient again, especially if she is the doctor. I'm not upset. I was just taken by surprise and I guess you can say it was a learning experience at that....

anyway, lunch: 250 at most probably. totally lost my appetite.

tsf: 650

therapy later, thank god.

3:30pm snack: smoothie 100

6:15pm snack: bar 210

tsf: 960. right on ladies and gents!

dinner:not sure...but it's almost 7pm and i'm going to release some tension on the elliptical!

late dinner at 9:30 pm - bar 180.

total cal today: 1140....late night mcdonalds: 1440.

very upsetting, emotional day. i cried hysterically in therapy and i usually never cry. I'm having a rough patch of really low funds, sick of school, nervous about graduating and not having a job...all of that worries me.

but, i did go to the gym. did weights, abs, pushups, and 35 min elliptical. i am trying to stay positive. 

but i need to write here what's going on with me.

I'd take that as a lesson on how NOT to be. There is no reason for mean attitudes when someone is learning. Hope you feel better soon, don't let the nasties get you down.

i agree with chidogs, dont let those people get you down or make you turn sour like that. but its okay, now you know for next time. and calories look kinda low but you said you truly werent hungry so, the good thing is you didnt just eat away anyway

Doctors are weird like that~they don't to be questioned in front of patients~like we are questioning their ability or something..I did that many years ago doing practicum..learned the same lesson you did..LOL

I'm right there with you on the whole up and down mood/appetite crap~Just hang in there..stay strong and stay focused..Hope you hopped on the elipitical and did something positive for YOU..

Sorry for this rough patch you're going through - I only hope for you that it will be over soon and things can begin to get better for you. Don't give these moments the power to bring you down - you deserve the best of everything and you need to keep reminding yourself of that. Go out and get the things you want. breakfast: 400: bran, chocolate wallaby, oatmeal.

snack: apple?, bar 230 = 300

lunch: subway 500

snack:pound cake 200, yogurt 170, milkshake 210: 580.

dinner: pretsels 240, lean cuisine 330: 570

tsf: 2350

binge: too much dried fruits and nuts: probably around 500 at least.

2850-3000 cal today. no gym.

gym:

bed early? lol, whenever i write this, i go to bed extra late...

snack: 250

snack: 2 small apples 130, 2 chocolate candies with cherries 130, milkshake 160. eh. not great. 420

tsf: 1570.

dinner: small. lost my appetite. 130.

total today: 1700.

the guy situation is deflated until a new one comes around. for now, there will be no more updates. as this certain guy isn't my guy. it's quite alright.

exercise: mostly weights in the AM, cardio in PM...weights tomorrow.

wow. sunday went by so FAST.

breakfast: 300

snacks throughout teaching: 330

before working out: 150

tsf: around 800

dinner: lots of veggies, and a nice slice of pizza with chicken and fresh mozzerella and even some spinich...it was fantastic. let me just guess 1,000. probably not more.

total today: 1800, great!

exercise: 35 min cardio.

gym tomorrow will probably include weights. otherwise, tuesday will.

breakfast: chocolate yogurt (autralian brand, wow!) 170, oatmeal 160, all on top of bran crackers  60. total: around 400.

snack: ginger chews: around 100

snack :: bar 190. healthy. all natural. white chocolate macadamia by luna bars.

around 700 tsf.

before gym/with studying: coffee 150, bar 150 = 300

after gym i had a bit of a craving for burger king onion rings 500, and hamburger 260, after a horrible protein bar 330, that i ate....not the best choices. total here: 1100 approx.

at grandma's apartment, my crappy dinner: 850 or so., unhealthy for the most part.

total calories: 2950. hey, at least it's not 3,000. gotta look at the positive. this isn't even really THAT high. whatever. tomorrow's a new day. i plan on a healthy, lighter, valentine's meal. i'll be ok. :-)

goodnight.  i'm happy with today in the end.

exercise: kinda low amount, but high intensity. 30 minutes elliptical. full speed!

10  binges since January 14...just a good thing to know. it was a rough food month for me!

approx gain of 5 lbs...for 28 days, my average calories per day was 2850, close to 3,000. this upsets me.

i will try for a better 30 days starting now!

good day, no binge. around 1700 cal. good cardio and weights. won't do weights again until monday!

friday :-)

took today off. to study? actually, yes. i did accomplish studying for around 2.5 hours this afternoon. good stuff, at the library.

now, i just need to study for the other, more important test next week. good think next week, we have monday off. good stuff i tell you.

took a lot of days off recently. will have to be careful in the weeks to come. luckily, i also have a few opportunities to "make up time" or add days to what i have left, 2 days. that's cool...

breakfast: bar 230  :-)

snack after gym: bar 140 all natural

lunch: heavy. yogurt, gordita beef, fresco style with extra tomato/lettuce, one package bran 120, am i forgetting something? total here: 220 plus the gordita: ____

while srudying: 150 in ginger chews

snack pm: oatmeal 160, yogurt 170, bran 120 :-) total here: 450

2,5 hours!!! :D Great. Library is so relaxing sometimes. I really love the smell of the books. And you can control eating too, because it's not allowed to eat in the libraries. At least in the ones I know :)

home, and did binge today. but that's ok. whatever.

breakfast: cranberries cooked, yogurt, bran: 280, ice cream 160: 440 total here.

snack: cooked bluenerries, yogurt,bran 240

snacking: tortillas 400, pretzels 440, ice cream 800, pb/butter/yellow raisin bread sndwich 670, halva 450 (some kinda of pastry) total here: 2760 wow.

total so far:  3440....3740 right now after more of that halva...very high in fat...noodles 260:

tsf: 4000...bleh. but all in all i don't really care right now....candies

so, 4130...

halva is a mixture of sunflower etc. seeds "glued" together with honey or/and sugar. :)

Wednesday, Snow Day. Sleep Day! ahhh.

breakfast: woke up 7am and hungry, then went back to sleep after breakfast: 220 of yogurt and bran and tea.

snack: some ice cream pops 160, greek yogurt 100, cranberries 90, bran 80. total here: 430.

sucking candies hot ginger flavor : 100

lunch: 450. noodles, tofu,bran, followed by large snack: ice cream 240, and two wraps 400 total for lunch: 1100 approx.

snack: apple, some more ginger, celery sticks: 200or so.

dinner: some veggies and sauce and yogurt: 300, not too bad. at least i finally got more vegetables in.

total cal today: around 2350. nice job to me. happy.

exercise: nada. but i planned this by going extra strong at the gym yesterday!
